I have e-mail accounts, forum or blog accounts, banking accounts, BIOS and many more passwords. Several months ago I decided to collect all these passwords in a file. The idea of storing them in Excel file I realised as not so good and I asked for software, that encrypts my data. I found very cool little tool.

In the oficial site of KeePass I found a short description:

KeePass is a free open source password manager, which helps you to manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key file. So you only have to remember one single master password or select the key file to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the best and most secure encryption algorithms currently known (AES and Twofish).

I downloaded the tool and I was amazed :-)

Hint: Invent very secure master password, containing letters, CAPITALS, numbers and special characters (!@#$%^&*) and (for instance) about 12 signs.
