Fender Bass and Amplifier

Last Friday I drank two beers with a bunch of smiled people and one of them asked me if I have bought my bass. I answered no. He said that live is so simple and if I die tomorrow, I’ll regret for every day I have not played. He’s right. Yesterday and today I visited two music stored to find my bass. Now I have to wait for the price and order my Fender Precision American Deluxe bass and the amplifier (Fender Rumble 350 Combo). What else? A cable, a strap and a bag.

‘My favorite drummers’ list

To play drums (or whatever else) is not only to hit the sticks, pull the strings or push the buttons fast and technically. A joke says that a father took his son to an old piano teacher to have his opinion. The kid played very fast and technically well. He even used his nose to push a button in an “impossible to play situation”. The final words of the teacher were:

Boy, you play very well. Soon you’ll start to create a real music!

Hey, I’m not only retro!

I made a quick tour in my blog and I noticed that the music i share is little… old :-D
I like every music of every age that makes me stop thinking of something else, but the music.
Thank to Last.FM I can check when I have listened Liquid Tension Experiment last. It is interesting to me, because two days ago I noticed that I have their albums in my MP3 player…

This morning my attention was attracted by a little lesson for drummers and bass players :-)

Screamer Radio

Today my mother asked me to fix her computer. I started Team Viewer and began to do it. One of the things she wanted me to do is to fix her shortcuts for the online radios. I decided to copy the portable version of Screamer Radio to her computer and in few minutes she had more than 100 radio stations plus some favorites on her desktop.

I copied the portable version to my flash drive and now I have my favorite radio stations whenever I go :-)

OK, that’s not so important right now. The most important thing is that after one year living in Montreal I start to work. I don’t start to work any job, but I start my job in a SQL development! :-)

Almost all the time as I am in front of my computer, there is music playing. It usually passed along my ears. From time to time, a song makes me listen and stop doing what I’m doing. Today this song made me turn up a little the volume of my car radio. :-)
